Koelschips

Koelschips (coolships) are vessels that serve two purposes in brewing traditional spontaneous beer: to cool the wort quickly and to introduce wild yeasts floating in the surrounding air. We have fabricated koelschips from 3bbl to 30bbl, depending on the customers’ space and production requirements. We’ve even built them from oak!
